Payment is processed via paypal. If you don’t have a paypal account you can still make payment by credit card through the paypal system without having to join paypal.
What is your exchange policy?
We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we’d be more than glad to exchange your unopened hair extensions set to the right color. Due to hygienic reasons we will only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. All postage costs must be paid by the buyer for any colour exchange. If you are not sure about which colour to choose please send a photo of your hair colour to us so we can make the best recommendations. Email to australiaconcepts@gmail.com

We have a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied or recieved something other then the item you purchased, we will Refund or Replace the item for you, excluding Shipping costs, We would ask for the Original Item to be Returned to us.

Which weight of hair is best for me?
We stock 2 different weight sets of our gorgeous human hair clip in extensions, pure standard 120g and the deluxe 160g. If you have fine hair or not a lot of bulk to your hair, we recommend the 120g set as it provides great volume that will blend in with your own hair more naturally. If you have thick hair and want to add length to your hair that will be balanced throughout and not too thin on the bottom, we would definitely recommend the deluxe 160g set. If you are still unsure of which set is right for you we then recommend you choose the 160g set as this will give you the option of adjusting the volume of the hair. Wearing all or some of the hair pieces allows you to play around with different volumes which also provides great versatility for different hairstyles and occasions.
What is Remy Hair?
Remy hair goes through special processing during the de-pigmentation phase, one that resembles treating cashmere. With this the hair cuticles are still intact, therefore the hair is stronger, shinier, more lively, and durable. With Remy hair the cuticle is always going in one direction as on a natural head of hair, so it is less likely to tangle. Since all the hairs are placed in the same direction, the hairs remain undisturbed, making them more durable and long lasting. Remy hair lasts longer, keeps vitality and elasticity, colors better (enhancing color consistency over 95% to that of synthetic- fiber), easier to comb and it curls better. This is what makes remy hair so special.
How long will my clip in hair extensions last?
With good care your hair extensions will last 12-24 months or longer. This will depend on the frequency that you wear them.

Can I colour my clip in hair extensions?
Yes, the best thing about remy human hair is that it can be coloured just like normal hair. We suggest that you take your clip-in extensions to your hairdresser so they can colour your extensions for a perfect match. Colouring from a lighter colour to a darker colour is always easier, so if you are unsure, buy a colour that is slightly lighter and not darker than your own. Please note that the blondes have had to have more treating than the darker colours and therefore they do require regular conditioning and care to keep them skiny and healthy
Can I straighten and curl my clip in hair extensions?
Yes, your 100% Remy Human Hair Extensions are versatile enough to be blow waved, curled and straightened to suit your individual needs. Please make sure you use blow dryers and curling irons on a LOW setting and always test the temperature on one of the small clip-in pieces as heat settings do vary between different brands of appliances. Please also apply gentle heat protectant products before using straighteners or curlers.
